Alexander + Co operates on an appointment-only basis.

Your appointment time is booked out with one of our team specially for you. A last-minute cancelation or no-show means we are left with an empty chair.

Policy: 30% fee to cancel within 24 hours, 50% no show fee.

We do understand unexpected things happen in life, and we will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your circumstances.
